UFO Bust Report

Last week I pulled out my Lollipop Flowers UFO to work on. All I accomplished last week was getting it basted.

This week I quilted it.

This was a round robin project through my guild a few years ago. I made the center vase with flowers and then three other ladies added the borders. I was a little disappointed with the lack of creativity on some of the borders, but I like it now that some time has passed and it's quilted. I think I'll add a little something special with the binding. I haven't decided exactly what yet so it will be a surprise for us all.

Go over to Susan's at Blackberry Creek Home Arts to see what the other Little Green Quilters have been up to this week.

Gorgeous quilting!!! It compliments the quilt perfectly. I like the clam shell type quilting in the inner border. The echoing around the pebbled center is a great contrast!

I like this! It's so bright and I love the black background!

I love your quilt, and think the borders are perfect. With that first border (with the bias), you wouldn't want the other borders to detract from the center. It is perfect. Love the way you quilted it too.

Very nice, Lynn! I haven't had any UFO progress for a few weeks now!

Big heart! I really like this--your quilting was just the right touch to finish it. Wonderful!

You did a really nice job on the quilting. You are very creative, and I think you and Hattie are really starting to bond. I have made no progress on my UFOs in forever!
