My guild challenge was due at our meeting last Saturday. My little Love Birds piece, blogged originally here and here, won Most Unusual Color Combination. Below you can see it with it's award.

The birds are absolutely adorable! As a brown thumb, I should quilt all my flowers too - LOLOL!
Congratulations on your win! I love that little quilt and was not surprised that it won! I can relate to Jan's problem with growing. Hollyhocks remind me of my childhood but I've never been able to grow them. Love her quilt! She captured the feel of that memorable flower.
