Modern Monday Quilt Along

Block 29:

I tried the corner pieces in various orientations. This was my favorite. After getting the block together I realized it would have been neat to fussy cut the center square so that one dot was centered. Not neat enough to rip it apart though!

Go see Caroll's block at Attic Window Quilt Shop. Then stop by Jenifer's at 42 Quilts to see what we will be making this week.

I love your block. Wish I had chosen that pattern. Love that fabric that looks like rick rack. Great job!

Did you get my comment? I don't know what I did but something happened. Have I told you how much I hate my lap top. Anyway, that block that Jennifer has for this week looks way too easy. What am I missing?

This is one of my favorite blocks you've done so far. I love how the fabrics work with it. I agree that it could have been fun to fussy cut the center, but to be honest, I really like it off center like this. It goes with the wonkiness of the block.
