As I expected, I have gotten to do almost no sewing this week. I allowed myself an hour yesterday afternoon to make my Modern Monday block which I will show you on Monday. Other than that my machines have had to keep themselves company this week.
I did make some progress on my Oh My Stars! quilt along over the weekend.
I made a few more of the 12" stars. I do not like the fabrics I used for the one on the bottom right in the photo above. I decided to leave it for now and see how it looks with all the other stars. If it still bothers me after I get all the stars made, I'll make another one to substitute for this one.
I'm linking up with Susan of Blackberry Creek Home Arts. She is continuing the UFO Bust this year. I did really well on my UFOs last year and would like to continue. Click the link to go over and see what other UFO Busters have accomplished this week.

Your stars are looking so great. I really wish I was doing it with you, but I'd be so far behind, I'd be discouraged.
They are so pretty, I love the purple and white one.
I love your star quilt! I need to make time during the day just to sit and sew myself!
Hugs,
Donna
Well done on the stars you've made! The Evening Star block is my favorite and I've made a few quilts and wall hangings using it for that reason.
I think that the purple and white block is called Rising Star. Can you tell I also love the block names?
Applause for your progress!
Cheers!
Absolutely gorgeous. Thanks for the inspiration!
Your stars are looking great. I see how your quilt is developing and it makes me wish I had participated in this too. So much to do and so little time.
Lynn, these stars are fabulous! Hugs! Vickie
Your color choice is making this one cheerful quilt! And the one you don't care for...it is a completely new star to me! I think it looks great!
Love your stars.
Those are so pretty!
Ooh pretty! Love the stars. I think the bottom one looks fine. I hate it when I hate one of my blocks though, so I understand where you are coming from ;)
really like this Lynn.
