I've been slowly making some progress on quilting my circles. At this point, all of the circles are quilted.
Now what should I quilt in the white parts? My first instinct was to pebble it, but now I'm not sure. However, I don't have an alternate plan either. So this will wait for inspiration.

If you quilted the circles with pebbles or curvy lines, then quilting the white with straight lines would be a nice contrast.
Wish I could see how you quilted the circles. You might want to do what I did recently. I quilted a different design in each area to show off the quilting. It made a really cute table topper. I'm looking forward to seeing how you do this. I love your painted circles. Maybe Gene is right...just do straight lines to accent the circles.
Sometimes we just have to set it aside and stare at it periodically and eventually the thought will come that will help you finish. Good luck
I really like your circles. I can't really see the quilting in them. Tough call. Not sure what I'd do, either, except to wait for some inspiration, like you are doing. haha. Can't wait to see what you decide on.
